I heard the speech live when it was delivered and he did complete his speech saying 'Pakistan Zindabad'. History is witness to that, but that did not demean the spirit of his message. Please go to any archive and read the text of the speech published on 8th March 1971 in any newspaper and you will see that he did utter 'Pakistan Zindabad' to end his speech. He was still thinking of preserving the unity of Pakistan and becoming the prime minister.

Life for a life is the law, unless forgiven is allowed where it is appropriate. If not, taking any one's life by a hype majority puts entire majority culpable. For atheist all goes, for a believer it is dangerous to be hyped in criminal justice of a capital punishment. Hatred and disliking doesn’t justify passing death sentence to another.
On a separate note if I may say that Rajiv did not kill anyone, thus didn’t deserve to be killed for his writing. Of course no one is sure whether he was killed for his writing, or not.
AW’s Jamaat witch hunting will not bring any closure of any wrong doings of 71, neither Islam will go away from Bangladesh by 100 Rajiv. The weirdest thing of Rajiv’s case is people who loved Rajiv and his way of life did not respect it after his death. They gave him full Islamic burial the very faith Rajiv despised so much and the same bunch says they will follow Rajiv’s philosophy of agitation and writings, yet not prevented an Islamic burial.
