Reform of Bangladesh is a long tedious process. But it is a good thing. Hence the line to reform is a rather long one.
And moreover a princeton Doctorate and a Harvard (15 day) General is in charge. So the ‘reform’ thing must be a sweet one.
When rice is beyond the reach, let’s all eat that ’sweet reform’.

Once somebody have the power, tries to initiate the reformation from the top. As tools to change things, they use Police & other security apparatuses that do the job forcibly. But the truth is, history serves us with not a single piece of example that shows the success of a forced reformation. If people don’t like the politics without two ladies, you can never have them agreed with the politics without two ladies. Now to remove them from the picture, you can show up with violent or calm versions of minus two concepts. But that will just refresh their popularity. And if you are talking about removing them permanently, this will widen the path of their heirs getting more & more popularity. May be many of Dhakaites you will find having vicious hatred of those two ladies. These Dhakaites are the people who know about the evil of politics by reading Prothom Alo, Daily Star, people those get encouraged in a politics-less but vibrant life by reading Noksha or Lifestyle, people those become a great thinker and a progressive politics-expert just by reading newspapers, they will support those shits like minus two, reformations bla bla bla. But what about the villages? What about the farmers? They have no food to eat, no electricity to pump water, no fertilizer to throw to the fields, no people like MPs, members to talk to. Why they will get convinced about those minus two & reformation? People those think they keep in touch with the overall agriculture by being regular viewers of Hridoy-e Mati-o Manush, never can realize that the scenes of starvation & helplessness of farmers do not appear in those award-glamor-showbiz oriented shows by Shaikh Shiraz, who is restlessly looking for winning significant awards. The scene of their troubles, their stories do not come to the exposure. But this is the root of ours. Reformations have to be started from there, not from the top. The big fool book of history never serves us with two things, (1) Success of reformation efforts initiated from the top. (2) A decent handover of power to people from autocracy.
